I work with SFI for a while now .I love helping people and I am very happy to be part of this huge SFI family. This job is very easy, and doesn't require much from you. Francis Remengesau is a founding member of Belau Community Credit Union, an incorporator, and a current Board member serving as a Treasurer. Francis is also an Owner/Senior Consultant for DMC (Delkuu Management Company) where he is currently serving as a President. His company creates solutions to complex business problems with "creative techniques to access the innovative side." He embraces win-win solutions and fosters economic prosperity within the business community.
He was appointed by the Palau Supreme Court to serve as a Trustee for Creditors’ Trust for PSB after the receivership ended in November 2011. He is currently managing assets for depositors and creditors’ of former Pacific Savings Bank, Ltd. He is working with various business partners exploring opportunities for funds recovery and collections efforts. He has diverse group portfolio, including credit analysis studies, collection feasibility profiles, and customer satisfaction measurement that works in tandem with his creation of a new business/consumer credit information systems.
Throughout his career in finance and management, Francis has received numerous awards and recognition for his work in banking, finance, marketing & sales, management, and leadership. He has also published many articles and essays on the subject matters. Some of his authorships are “Organizational Behavior: Managing Diversity”; “Managerial Accounting: Planning and Decision”. “Role of Marketing Management in New Product Development;” Importance of Entrepreneurship.” “Belau Community Credit Union – Biz Plan;” “Pacific Savings Bank, Ltd – The absence of Total Quality Management.” During his free time, he continually read/write and contributes his ideas to professional business websites such as LinkedIn numerous business groups, academia.edu, and study mode to name a few.
He is an active member of CO ’83 Club and Board Member of PawsPalau.org and BCCU.
